At Sweet & Spicy Scent House, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering from us. Because fragrance samples are consumable and cannot be resold once opened, we offer a clear and fair refund policy outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
• The item arrived damaged, leaking, or incorrect
• You received a product that does not match your order
• You believe the fragrance sample is not authentic (see Authenticity Guarantee below)
To be eligible, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
Non‑Returnable Items
Due to the nature of fragrance samples, we cannot accept returns for:
• Opened, used, or tested samples
• Samples that were delivered correctly and in good condition
• Orders where the scent was not to personal preference
We encourage customers to read fragrance notes carefully before purchasing.
Authenticity Guarantee
All samples are filled directly from 100% authentic designer and niche fragrances.
If any sample is ever proven not to be genuine, we will issue a full refund according to this policy.
How to Request a Refund

Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved:
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Processing typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your bank
We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not yet been fulfilled.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
